CREED's Mission Statement
CREED is a nonpolitical group of Southlake parents who believe that Carroll Independent School District has a responsibility to provide all students with a safe and supportive learning environment. The Student Code of Conduct does not go far enough in addressing the bullying, harassment and discrimination against marginalized students, and that teachers and administrators do not have the proper training to address these issues when they occur. CREED demands that Carroll ISD implement necessary measures to address these issues in a systematic and consistent manner to prevent further emotional and mental harm to our children and all marginalized CISD students.
